"Renée Bang is a talented and appealing performer, and this was an impressive first show.  She did "Just Squeeze Me, " "Do It Again," and "Shiny Stockings" playfully and seductively, a pleasing blend of wit and sexiness. A medley of "Sing, Sing, Sing," "Stompin' at the Savoy," and "It Don't Mean a Thing" was robust, the ballad "Can't Get Out of This Mood" was measured but heartfelt, and her rendition of "I Can't Get Started" had an ease that was stylistically absolutely right."
